This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Bulgarian version is the legally binding text; if the two differ, the Bulgarian version applies.
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Pravko.bg. By using the platform, you accept these terms.
Description of the service
Pravko.bg is an AI legal assistant that gives informational answers on topics of Bulgarian law. The service may include features such as chat, conversation history, signing in with an account and educational content.
Informational nature
Pravko.bg’s answers are of a general informational nature and do not amount to individual legal advice, a legal opinion or representation in proceedings. For a specific case you should consult a qualified lawyer.
User accounts and access
Some features may need registration (for example through Google or email). You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for protecting access to your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for:
- Unlawful acts, or circumventing applicable legislation
- Submitting content that infringes the rights of third parties, or is offensive, misleading or harmful
- Attempts to technically breach security, access other people’s accounts, or misuse the infrastructure
Fair use
A paid plan with no stated message limit is meant for ordinary personal or professional work, not for automated data scraping or sharing one account between many people. In case of clear abuse, we may slow the pace of answers or, for persistent excessive use, temporarily limit access, without this affecting normal use of the platform.
External services and sources
External providers may be used to deliver the service (including for AI processing, authentication and analytics). Answers may contain references to external sources, for whose content we take no responsibility.
Limitation of liability
We make efforts to be accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the information is complete, error-free or fit for any specific case. To the fullest extent the law allows, Pravko.bg is not liable for direct or indirect damage from using, or being unable to use, the service.
Intellectual property
The content, structure and branding of the platform are protected under applicable legislation. Unauthorised copying, distribution or commercial use of content from the site is not allowed, unless expressly permitted.
Changes to the service
We may change, suspend or limit some features for technical, legal or operational reasons, and may update these Terms of Use.
Governing law
Matters not covered here are governed by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
