Paid leave calculator 2026

Work out how much you will be paid during paid annual leave, or how many days of leave you have accrued. The calculator follows the formula in Art. 177 of the Labour Code, with current 2026 data.

How is paid leave pay calculated?

Under Art. 177(1) of the Labour Code, the employer pays the employee pay for paid leave, calculated from the average daily gross pay for the last calendar month in which the employee worked at least 10 working days.

The formula is: Average daily gross = Gross salary for the base month / Days worked. Total pay = Average daily gross × Days of leave.

Gross pay under the Ordinance on the Structure and Organisation of Pay (НСОРЗ), Art. 17 and Art. 18, includes: the basic salary for time worked, permanent allowances (for length of service, education and so on), and pay for internal cover.

When there is no month with at least 10 days worked for the same employer (for example, for a new employee or after a long absence), the contractual basic salary plus the permanent allowances is used, divided by the average number of working days a month (20.67 for 2026), under Labour Code Art. 177(2).
